The SwitchEasy Colors line of iPod touch cases are one of the best out there. They provide decent protection, good grip, and a unique feature, which is the "jelly bean" home button.

The home button replacement on this case (key feature), is a coated soft silicon, which protrudes out of the case. This special design makes the home button easier to access, and I have used this case for five months with absolutely no problem getting to the "home button."

The case itself is made of a soft differently coated silicon. This gives a certain amount of grip, and at the same time attracts less lint and does not stick as much to your pocket, compared to other cases.

The case comes with two anti-static screen protectors of mediocre quality, with two dock port protectors and two headphone jack protectors. The protectors are handy and keep dust away from your iPod, but they are cumbersome to bring around. A week after I purchased the Colors, I lost one of the headphone jack protectors, and on my trip to Hong Kong, I nearly lost both protectors on the plane and in the hotel. Yes, I may be clumsy and forgetful, but these are pretty small.

The case, has its flaws, and reliability is one of them. My case started sagging down after two months of use, and I found the iPod in general harder to use after the sagging started. Now it sags almost a centimeter from where the top of the iPod is supposed to be, which is highly disappointing, for $15. I also find that you dust easily gets inside of the case while in use.

To sum things up, it's a good short term case. It protects your iPod Touch well while it lasts, and has some unique features to make $15 seem worth it. However, if you take care of your case as much as you take care of your iPod, this may be the case for you. However, it is a no-go for anyone who just wants a durable case to buy once and never again. In total, it was a 7/10.
