Air Penguin
When I first saw this app I thought to myself, “Another bird game?” I still went ahead and downloaded it though. When you first launch the app you have 3 options to choose from, which is “Story, Survival or Store.”
The “Story” mode is where you are work through a series of levels that getting harder as you progress. Depending on how well you did, you are rated by fish. So the more fish, the better you did on that certain level!
This app uses Multi-Directional tilt control game play to control the penguin. Your penguin starts on one iceberg, and what you need to do is tilt your device forward to go, backwards to stop, and from side to side to go left and right. As you jump from each iceberg, you may collect rewards on the way, but there also maybe a obstacle in the way what you need to dodge as well.
On the “Survival” part of the game, the objective is to stay on the icebergs for as long as you can. You earn points for the longer you stay on. However, what makes this challenging is that there are obstacles that you need to avoid.
On the “Store” mode, you can buy some virtual “Fish money”, which you can spend on buying different things for the game.
So the conclude this review, I give it a high rating of a 9/10. It has amazing graphics, great game play and it will keep you entertained for a good few hours!
